Kendilerine bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaydan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. Ayr\u0131ca Ziraat Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nin dekan\u0131 Turan Karadeniz hocam da 20 y\u0131l boyunca \u0130skilip\u2019e giderek buradaki elmalar\u0131n, armutlar\u0131n, \u00fcz\u00fcmlerin tescillenmesinde b\u00fcy\u00fck eme\u011fi ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. O\u2019na ve ekibine de \u015f\u00fckranlar\u0131m\u0131 arz ediyorum.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130skilip Tar\u0131m\u0131 Geli\u015ftirme Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Osman \u00c7ak\u0131r ise, ba\u015fta Seyit Mehmet \u015een ve Turan Karadeniz olmak \u00fczere \u0130skilip\u2019in geli\u015fmesinde eme\u011fi ge\u00e7enlere te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederek, \u201cBu hocalar\u0131m\u0131z y\u0131llarca \u0130skilip\u2019e geldiler ve il\u00e7eyi marka yapmak i\u00e7in hatta d\u00fcnyaya a\u00e7mak i\u00e7in gayret g\u00f6sterdiler. Ben emekli \u00f6\u011fretmenim. Bir e\u011fitimci olarak do\u011fdu\u011fum topraklara ve tar\u0131m sevdal\u0131s\u0131 olarak \u0130skilip\u2019e ne yapabilirim diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcm. Tar\u0131m\u0131 seven insanlarla birlikte bu derne\u011fi kurdum. Biz bu yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda \u00fcniversiteyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. Kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za yine Seyit hocam\u0131z\u0131n bir talebesi \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131, bizi y\u00f6nlendirdi. Bu bizim vizyonumuzu geni\u015fletti. 3 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde 100 bin cevizi se\u00e7tik. \u00c7ok \u00fcst\u00fcn vas\u0131flar bulduk. \u015eu anda \u00e7ilek ekiminin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00fcst\u00fcn vas\u0131fl\u0131 cevizlere sahibiz.\u201d diyerek tescillenen 5 meyve \u00f6rne\u011fini konuklara anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rekt\u00f6r Ali\u015farl\u0131: \u201c\u0130skilip\u2019teki Meyve Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00dcniversitemizde Konu\u015fuluyor Olmas\u0131 Bizim T\u00fcrkiye Meyvecili\u011fine Verdi\u011fimiz \u00d6nemi de G\u00f6steriyor\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Mustafa Ali\u015farl\u0131 ise yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada, \u201c\u00dcmit ederim faydal\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay olur. Bu t\u00fcr \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 Rekt\u00f6rl\u00fck olarak her zaman destekliyoruz. \u0130skilip\u2019teki meyve kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcniversitemizde konu\u015fuluyor olmas\u0131 bizim T\u00fcrkiye meyvecili\u011fine verdi\u011fimiz \u00f6nemi de g\u00f6steriyor. Sadece b\u00f6lgenin sorunlar\u0131yla de\u011fil, \u00fclkemizin t\u00fcm sorunlar\u0131yla ilgileniyoruz. Tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenlere talep edildi\u011finde hep olumlu cevaplar veriyoruz. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftayda bunlardan bir tanesi.\u201d dedi ve y\u00f6resel meyvelerin faydas\u0131n\u0131 bir hat\u0131ras\u0131 e\u015fli\u011finde konuklarla payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rekt\u00f6r Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Prof. Dr. Vahdettin \u00c7ift\u00e7i ise, eme\u011fi ge\u00e7enlere te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederek, verimli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay olmas\u0131n\u0131 temenni etti ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay konular\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015f bir mecrada ses getirmesinin, tabana yay\u0131larak insanlar taraf\u0131ndan benimsenmesinin \u00f6nemine de\u011findi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bitlis eski Valisi, \u0130skilip eski Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve \u0130stanbul K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Kaymakam\u0131 Orhan \u00d6zt\u00fcrk ise, bir memleketin meyvesi ve sebzesinin tescil edilmesi, tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 ve tar\u0131m\u0131 ile ziraatinin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu ifade ederek, \u201cBu \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay, memleket a\u015fk\u0131yla bu i\u015fe g\u00f6n\u00fcl vermi\u015f insanlar\u0131n ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n geldi\u011fi g\u00fczel bir sonu\u00e7. \u0130n\u015fallah hay\u0131rl\u0131 olur. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n son derece \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu vurgulamak istiyorum. \u00dclkemize d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan gelen ithal tohum, meyve ve sebze fidanlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bir \u015feyleri kurtarma ad\u0131na son derece \u00f6nemli. \u0130skilip\u2019le sadece g\u00f6n\u00fcl ba\u011f\u0131 olan hocalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sayesinde bug\u00fcnlere geldik. Kendilerine te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. \u0130n\u015fallah bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, tescillenerek, \u00fcretimi art\u0131r\u0131larak, te\u015fvik edilerek, \u00f6rnek bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma haline gelir.\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bolu Belediye Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u0130hsan A\u011fcan ise, \u201c\u015eehirlerin fiziki kalk\u0131nmas\u0131 kadar bu t\u00fcr de\u011ferlerin de ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131p \u00f6zellikle gelecek nesillerimize sunulmas\u0131 \u00e7ok k\u0131ymetli. Bolu Belediyesi olarak unutulmaya y\u00fcz tutmu\u015f, art\u0131k bizlerin bile tan\u0131makta zorland\u0131\u011f\u0131, gelecekte de \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bilemeyece\u011fi \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, de\u011ferleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p ve bunu Ar-Ge \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla geli\u015ftirirek gelecek nesillere aktarmayla ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z bulunuyor. Bunun i\u00e7in de \u00fcniversitemizden azami oranda istifade etmekteyiz. Ben bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n t\u00fcm sekt\u00f6re yeni vizyonlar kataca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, yeni ufuklar a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Oturum Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Prof. Dr. Seyit Mehmet \u015een\u2019in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaya ge\u00e7ildi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftayda ilk sunumu Ziraat Y\u00fcksek M\u00fchendisi Mustafa Serdar \u00c7orumlu, \u201c\u0130skilip\u2019te Tar\u0131msal Potansiyel ve Meyvecilik K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc\u201d konusunda yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201c\u0130skilip, Bir\u00e7ok Meyvenin Gen Merkezi\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130skilip\u2019te meyvecili\u011fin avantajlar\u0131n\u0131 il\u00e7enin arazi yap\u0131s\u0131, toprak yap\u0131s\u0131, iklim, rak\u0131m ve sulama olarak 4 b\u00f6l\u00fcme ay\u0131rarak yapan \u00c7orumlu, \u00f6zetle \u201cK\u0131z\u0131l\u0131rmak deltas\u0131nda bulunan \u0130skilip\u2019in ova k\u00f6ylerinde, \u00f6zellikle Obruk baraj\u0131na yak\u0131n yerlerde \u00f6rt\u00fc alt\u0131 yeti\u015ftiricili\u011fe uygun \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck arazi k\u00fcmeleri bulunmakta. Bunun yan\u0131nda bu araziler sanayiye y\u00f6nelik sebze \u00fcretimine \u00e7ok uygun potansiyele sahipler. K\u0131z\u0131l\u0131rmak deltas\u0131nda yo\u011fun bir mikroklima iklim var. Burada serac\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetleri de ba\u015flad\u0131. Da\u011f k\u00f6ylerinde ise halen bozulmam\u0131\u015f meralar var. Ayr\u0131ca ceviz gibi y\u00fcksek rak\u0131mlarda iyi sonu\u00e7 veren meyveler gelir kayna\u011f\u0131 olmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda ku\u015fburnu, k\u0131z\u0131lc\u0131k ve mantar gibi orman \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimiz var. \u0130skilip topraklar\u0131 potasyum a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengin topraklar. Arazinin geneli meyvecilik ve sebzecili\u011fe uygun verimli topraklard\u0131r. \u0130skilip, bir\u00e7ok meyvenin gen merkezi. Y\u00f6rede yeti\u015ftirilen meyvelerin iklim, co\u011frafi \u015fartlar ve mikroklima b\u00f6lgeler sayesinde aromatik \u00f6zellikleri ve renkleri \u00e7ok iyi. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda sadece \u0130skilip\u2019te 40\u2019\u0131n \u00fczerinde elma, 60\u2019\u0131n \u00fczerinde armut ve ayva, 18\u2019in \u00fczerinde \u00fcz\u00fcm ve y\u00fczlerce ceviz, badem, al\u0131\u00e7 ve k\u0131z\u0131lc\u0131k tipi tespit ettik. Tespit edilmeyi bekleyen daha binlerce tip meyve oldu\u011fu da kesin.\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u0130skilip Cevizleri ve Cevizin \u0130nsan Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00dczerindeki Etkileri\u201d konusunda sunum yapan Prof. Dr. Seyit Mehmet \u015een ise, bir \u00fclkede tar\u0131m geli\u015fmeden sanayinin geli\u015femeyece\u011fini vurgulayarak, koruyucu hekimlik olarak niteledi\u011fi tar\u0131m\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmedeki \u00f6nemini anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCeviz, doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011f ve aminoasitler bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00e7ok zengin bir meyvedir. Esansiyel ya\u011f ve esansiyel proteinler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da \u00e7ok zengindir.\u201d diyen Prof. Dr. \u015een, \u00f6zetle \u201c G\u00fcnde 30 gr. cevizi yani 5-6 tane cevizi mutlaka yemeniz laz\u0131m. Bu kadar cevizde yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 gr. civar\u0131nda omega 3 vard\u0131r ve yeti\u015fkin bir insan\u0131n omega 3 ihtiyac\u0131 bu kadard\u0131r. Cevizi son y\u0131llarda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karan omega 3 ya\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Oysa 1 gr. bal\u0131k ya\u011f\u0131 haplar\u0131nda sadece 100 miligram omega 3 var. Ceviz, omega 3, 6 ve 9 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yani doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011flar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengindir. D\u00fczenli ceviz yiyen insanlar alzheimer ve parkinson olmaz. Ceviz, kiloyu dengeler. 40 ya\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren azalan melatonin hormonu yine cevizde bulunur. Anti aging yani ya\u015flanmaya kar\u015f\u0131 bir hormondur bu. \u0130yi kolesterol\u00fc art\u0131r\u0131r, k\u00f6t\u00fc kolesterol\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr. Armut, elma ve ceviz \u00e7e\u015fitleri var tescillenmeyi bekleyen. Mor elma bunlardan biri, T\u00fcrkiye meyvecili\u011fine kazand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir meyve. Depolanmaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bir meyve. Anti diyabetik \u00f6zellikleri oldu\u011fu ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Giresun\u2019un Piraziz il\u00e7esindeki Piraziz elmas\u0131 da buna benzer bir elma. Bu elmalar \u00e7ok k\u0131ymetli. Bu sebeple \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara bu elmay\u0131 tescilleyerek ba\u015flad\u0131k. Y\u00f6resel ismi Yivlik elmas\u0131 ama Misket elmas\u0131 olarak tescillendirildi. M\u00fcsl\u00fcme elmas\u0131, \u00f6zelli\u011fi d\u0131\u015f kabu\u011fu ya\u011fl\u0131, mumsu bir yap\u0131ya sahip. Bu da depo \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzat\u0131yor. Kemik k\u0131r\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesinde kullan\u0131l\u0131yor bu elma yine. Tescile haz\u0131rlanan \u00e7e\u015fitler var. Terg\u00f6ynek elmas\u0131, Afun elmas\u0131, yazl\u0131k bir \u00e7e\u015fit.
